Admission Process

The steps for admission are outlined below:

1.Contact - Connect with us! Download our New Client Interest Form and send it  to info@thrivebehaviorcare.com.

2. Let's Talk: One of our team members will contact you to discuss your child's needs and the needs of your family. We can contact you via a virtual visit or a phone call.

3. Getting Started: After you have made the decision to start services with Thrive Behavior Care, we will work with you to complete intake paperwork and set up a visit to begin the assessment process.

​

4. Assessment: One of our clinicians will meet with you and your child to assess your child's current levels. This will be a combination of questionnaires, observation and direct testing. After the initial evaluation and assessment, our team will develop a treatment plan and goals to support your child and family.

5. Start ABA Services: We begin services and work collaboratively with you and your child's providers to help your child reach their full potential! Your BCBA will work with you to track progress on treatment goals as your child's therapy progress and will assess/report on progress regularly.
