Currently, we are accepting private-pay clients only.
Upon request, we may be able to provide a superbill that families can submit to their insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Reimbursement is not guaranteed and varies by insurance plan.
We believe cost should not be a barrier to receiving support.
A limited number of reduced-fee appointments may be available based on financial need. We also offer discounted rates when payment is made in full at the time of service.

Rates
Initial Consult
Cost: Free
This includes the initial phone or remote consultation meeting. This initial consult is used to review the components of ABA therapy and services we provide as well as answer any questions you may have.


Assessment
Rate: $350
One of our clinicians will meet with you and/or your child to complete an initial assessment and evaluation.
Depending on where you are located, assessment meetings may take place in person or virtually. Various assessment tools will be utilized to establish your child's current levels and areas of need. The assessment process will be comprised of an interview/questionnaire portion, direct testing and observations.
The information gathered during this meeting will be utilized to design an individualized treatment plan for your child with goals that target areas of development and that are important to your family. Assessments and written treatment plans are available as a stand-alone service and do not require a commitment to ongoing services with Thrive Behavior Care.
BCBA led
Individualized Parent/Caregiver Training
Rate: $150/hr
(Discount available with payment in full at time of service.)
Sessions are scheduled for a minimum of 1 hour and can take place in person or remotely. The frequency of sessions recommended per week will depend on the outcome of the initial assessment report that will be reviewed with you.
Sessions are led by a BCBA and focus on individualized caregiver training based on your child’s behavioral assessment, identified needs, and treatment goals. Parents and caregivers will learn ABA-based concepts and strategies and receive guidance on how to apply them within everyday routines. Progress will be monitored through caregiver feedback and relevant data, and strategies may be adjusted based on your child’s response and progress. Supporting training materials will be provided to the family. Training may address skills and behaviors that occur across home, school, and community settings.


General Parent Coaching
Rate: $75/hr
Parent coaching sessions are BCBA led and provide education and support for parents and caregivers who want to learn practical strategies they can use in everyday parenting. Sessions focus on teaching evidence-based parenting and behavior-support strategies, including positive reinforcement, setting expectations, promoting cooperation, building routines, and encouraging independence.

Parent coaching is an educational service and does not include individualized behavioral assessment, treatment planning, or ABA therapy.

Direct ABA Therapy (RBT led)
Rate: $85/hr
(Discount available with payment in full at time of service.)
Sessions are scheduled for a minimum of 1 hour. The frequency of sessions recommended per week will depend on the outcome of the initial assessment report that will be reviewed with you.
Sessions will be under the supervision of a BCBA and may include direct therapy with a trained behavior technician, or may focus on parent trainings on ABA concept and strategies. During these sessions, data will be collected to track progress towards goals and will be utilized to make programming decisions. Sessions focus on skills in the home, school or community settings.
Adult Individualized ABA Services
Rate: $110/hr
(Limited reduced-fee appointments may be available)
Sessions are scheduled for a minimum of 1 hour. The frequency of sessions recommended per week will depend on the outcome of the initial assessment report that will be reviewed with you.
Individualized, one-on-one services for adults who would like support building skills, increasing independence, and working toward meaningful personal goals. Sessions are provided by a BCBA and are tailored to each individual’s priorities, strengths, needs, and daily life.
Areas of support may include daily living and self-care skills, emotional regulation, developing routines, organization and task completion, communication, community participation, vocational skills, and other goals that support greater independence and quality of life.
Services are collaborative and person-centered, with goals developed together with the individual. When appropriate and with the client’s consent, caregivers or other support people may also participate.


TeleABA (Virtual Services)
Rate: $125/hr
(Discount available with payment in full at time of service.)
TeleABA sessions are scheduled for a minimum of 1 hour in duration and will be provided virtually. The frequency of sessions that will be recommended will depend the outcome of the initial assessment report that will be reviewed with you. TeleABA sessions will be conducted by a BCBA and will consist of direct therapy, parent education, training and consult. Parents may be given training to work as a facilitator for therapy sessions, under the direction of the BCBA.
Virtual Group Parent Coaching Sessions

60-90 Minute sessions. These trainings are designed for parents or caregivers who are interested in learning about behavioral concepts and ABA without individualized support.
Group Parent/Caregiver education trainings are offered online in small group settings. These trainings are designed to teach concepts of ABA and various strategies that can be utilized with children to address behavioral concerns. These trainings are designed to provide training on basic techniques that can be easily used in your family's daily routine.
This type of training may also be ideal for educators or newer clinicians looking for basic trainings.


Corporate Trainings
Rate: $700
We are happy to work with you to provide customized trainings for your staff. Length of sessions may vary but are on average 90-120 minutes in length. Please contact us for more information regarding rates and customized topics for your organization and staff needs.
Comprehensive School Consultation
Rate: $1300/day
Full Day package - up to 7 hours
A full day BCBA consultation designed to help school address behavioral and classroom concerns.
Includes: Pre-consultation with school leadership/educational team, classroom and/or student observation, behavioral data collection and analysis, review of relevant records and/or data, development of practical behavior analytic strategies, consultation with teachers and staff, written report and recommendations for strategies, trainings on recommended strategies and follow up observations/feedback.

Indirect Clinical Service:
Rate: $90/hr
Includes clinically necessary work completed outside of direct sessions, such as team meetings, documentation and paperwork, program development and revisions, report writing, data analysis, and review of clinical records.
